Cancellation & Refund Policy

e‑Solution (operating as jobvoo.com) provides digital SaaS services for quotation and invoice generation. The following policy governs cancellations and refunds for all users and subscription plans.


1. Trial Policy

New users are eligible for a 15‑day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. Upon completion, users may opt for a Monthly or Annual subscription plan.

2. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscribers are given an additional 5‑day grace period post‑trial to submit a refund request. Refunds will only be processed if the request is raised within 20 days of activation. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

3. Monthly Plan Cancellation

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime. At least 24 hours' notice before the next billing cycle is required. Current month charges are non‑refundable.

4. General Conditions

Partial usage, expired plans, or user negligence are not eligible for refunds. Third‑party transaction charges and taxes are non‑refundable.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

User data remains accessible for 15 days after cancellation for export or backup purposes, after which it is deleted securely from our servers.

6. Policy Updates

Jobvoo reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time as deemed necessary. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
